E-mail: Brad gets legitimate e-mail from real live humans daily, and he reads it all. Because responding takes time, he does not answer correspondence he feels require no reply while others he will sometimes answer briefly. He's not being a jerk; he's just trying not to take up hours of his day answering email.

Sometimes e-mails will slip through the cracks or get accidentally deleted because he is only human.
